FORTT2 (Avanza Formation)

This project is part of the Spanish Government´s "Plan Avanza Formación" It is a collaborative training programme in tourism-related technologies based on two main criteria:

Criterion 1: Professional training in all of the value chain profiles of the tourism industry (from producers of ICT solutions to end users).

Criterion 2: Adaptation of long-term goals to bring training activities (individual or group) in line with the Balearic Islands Strategic Plan for ICT and Tourism (2008-2011) and "Turismo 2020". The primary goal of the FORTT-2 collaborative programme is to provide e-business training to tourism sector professionals.

The FORTT-2 programme aims to extend the cluster collaborative model used for tourism technologies to the regional level via an agreement between the three Autonomous Communities with the highest GDP figures in tourism, leisure and culture. Andalusia, Basque Country, Balearic Islands.
