Creation of Experience Products: the enjoyment units and the experience provider in route. (AEI)

The aim of the project is to create experience products by establishing theoretical, methodological and technical guidelines which will facilitate the creation of tourism products focused on experiences.

On the one hand, the so called ‘Enjoyment Units’ are defined.On the one hand, the ‘Enjoyment Units’ are described, given their relevance to define the characteristics of experiences from the point of view of differentiation, exclusivity and creativity.

On the other hand, the ‘Personal Experience Provider’ has been developed, a tool that helps to visualize experiences in mobile devices with the aim of drawing the customers’ attention towards experience products.
