The idea behind creating a Tourism Living Lab in Euskadi directly involves users in the development of new tourism products and/or services, providing bilateral access -- users have access to new services and companies get feedback from users. |
Objectives: |
- Review the bibliography and current state of research of the user-based innovation paradigm and the main tools and methods used by companies or agencies dedicated to R&D+i.
- Identify and analyse the best practices used internationally in both the tourism and other sectors with a highly innovative component, in the use of user-based models.
- Define and evaluate possible alternatives to the Living Lab model and establish the methodolgical basis of the optimum environment for innovation based on a better understanding of user-based innovation.
- Identify any possible barriers to implementing the tourism Living Lab in Euskadi.
- Define a conceptual model for the architecture and concepts of interoperability to take into consideration to integrate the Euskadi Living Lab with the work tools made available to users.
