The Cooperative Research Centre in Tourism Association, CICtourGUNE is conceived like a strategic tool of R+D+I in Tourism. CICtourGUNE is a collaboration platform created with the aim of, on the one hand, promoting the development of new capacities of investigation in the tourism sector and, on the other hand, gathering those existing capacities and knowledge that could potentially be applied to the tourism area.

The CICtourGUNE will establish collaboration alliances between agents of different areas, such as, science, technology, research and tourism.

The wealth that the CICtourGUNE will generate will have impact on both scientific and technological systems and will provide a greater degree of competitiveness to the tourism sector.
